Construction:
• Utensils: 1.5 L, 2 L, 3 L, 4 L, 5 L and Large Frypan 28 cm: 5-Ply with an outer layer of magnetic 430 (18/0) stainless steel, a layer of nearly pure aluminum, a layer of aluminum alloy with added minerals for strength, another layer of nearly pure aluminum, and an inner layer of 304 (18/8) stainless steel.
• 6 Litre Roaster: Solid single-ply 304 (18/8) stainless steel with magnetic Nutri-Plex™ diffusion bottom.
• Inset Pan: Solid single-ply 304 (18/8) stainless steel.
