Construction:
• Utensils: 2 L, 4 L, Large Frypan 28 cm: 5-Ply with an outer layer of magnetic 430 (18/0) stainless steel, a layer of nearly pure aluminum, a layer of aluminum alloy with added minerals for strength, another layer of nearly pure aluminum, and an inner layer of 304 (18/8) stainless steel.
